“Any company trying to compete must figure out a way to engage the mind of every employee.” Jack Welch – GE
Today, more than ever, it is critical for organizations to understand, develop and enhance the capability of their workforce, in order to manage profit and success. Many companies face a looming exodus of skills and knowledge as Baby Boomers retire, and the necessity of replacing skilled workers with new, inexperienced, young hires, while at the same time continuing to run a successful business.
To effectively manage the overall workforce, beyond the standard attrition studies and human resource strategies, organizations must take a critical look at the capabilities and systems that can result in that “ideal” workforce.
Because of the sensitive nature of human capital management, Proactsys focuses on bringing about positive changes that work for the top-level business needs and for the individual facing changes on the line. With the proper management approach, your people and their job performance are your biggest asset.

The key to correctly solving any organizational problem is to fully and comprehensively understand where your workforce currently stands. Companies are faced with the following critical questions:
How do I ensure I am maintaining the knowledge of my experienced staff, after they retire? |
Do we know specifically where knowledge gaps will exist when employees retire? |
Who do I really need to hire? |
How are we trapping the knowledge of the organization’s most skilled and experienced employees as they approach retirement? |
How are we measuring the capability of our workforce? |
How are we ensuring that training is providing the exact skills needed to impact business performance? |
Do we have the right mix of internal vs. contracted work? |
